Title: Please send GPS coordinates to your honey holes please!

Actually, having just moved to White Salmon, am looking for someone to show me around for rifle deer season..  I have never hunted over here, and have no clue where to start this late in the year.  Anyone up for it?  I pay my way, have my own gear, etc....  just no truck anymore....  Thanks,  John

Dang it, was hoping someone lived over here that needed/wanted someone to tag along for deer season....  You do not have to be shy, just because I am a member of YAR, does not mean I am anything like deaddog or rasbo... :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Those coordinates take you to the Bering Sea (according to Map Quest "input coordinates" tool).

Great steelie and salmon fishing.  I am less than 15 miles from Drano, then there is the Wind, White Salmon, and Klickitat Rivers... oh, and only 35 miles to the Deshutes....

Anyone with a boat wanna go fishing????   :chuckle:

Look out your back door.  There's Gifford Pinchot National Forest, some state lands, and some private lands that might grant you permission.

The WDFW has some stats on the game units in your area.

Good luck!

Kurt

Two blocks past Estes, turn right off of Jewett Blvd. onto Main Street, go past the Elementry School four blocks and wait for the local Bucks to cross the road from the funeral home to the other side of the road. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
