Not sure, I just talked to the farmer who lets me hunt his property every year cause I won't be able to make it over to hunt cause of school and he told me the bird numbers were the same as they had been the last few years. One of my buddies who has been working around moses lake said they hadn't seen a bird. I wonder if they got off a second hatch  :dunno:

poulsbo,  what general area are you seeing all these pheasants? I'm heading over to SE Wa. the first week of November. Just wondering if you might have been in that area?  Probably not if you were hunting quail. PM me if you don't want to post the location. Thanks

I'm not seeing any pheasants, so I'd be dang happy.  Quail had a great year.

I've seen very few pheasants in the North Palouse, but after two Winters with over 100" of snow each and near ZERO Winter cover, I'm not too surprised.
