Title: Recent Alaska Trip
Post by: need2huntmor on October 11, 2009, 04:21:58 PM
Here are a few of my favorite pictures from my recent trip to Alaska.  I don't have the skills (or the equipment) of some of the photographers on here, but I enjoy it.  Any suggestions for better pictures is always appreciated.  Thanks.

The only thing I could suggest for you to improve your pics would be MORE pictures of the moose. :chuckle:  Great additions, you managed to make me jealous, envious and a few other emotions. ;)

The story and some of these, and other, pictures are under Other Big Game "Two 60"+ Moose with story and pictures.  I can copy the story here if you like, or you can go there and read it.  Here are a few more moose pictures.  You guys are so demanding.

Fricken sweet!

I have issue with fourth pic.   Rifle should be within reach in Griz country. (no fault of the shutter bug)

In the fourth picture, that is actually my gun in the photo.  My cousin, who is in the photo, has his rifle right next to him on the other side.  Believe me, our rifles were never too far away during the whole trip.

My cousin's rack weighed 53 lbs and mine weighed 65 lbs.  They were the lightest packs, to say the least.

Did I mention what a great trip this was?
