Title: What causes this???

Just wondering if it was a nub when she was banded or if some big largemouth saw a shiny glimmer on an orange leg and grabbed her foot!

my first duck i shot its toes off on my first shot and knocked it down on my second shot. maybe somebody took one shot at it and didnt give it a second thought.

I don't remember seeing a Drake like this ever...if I had to guess, I would say birth defect. Maybe while in the egg, something happened to it :dunno: but who knows!.
