Title: Added one more to the collection
Post by: 6.5swede on January 13, 2008, 06:05:17 PM: Picked up another 6.5x55 swede to add to the collection yesterday. This one is a mauser 98 action with a 24" barrel. I'm going to swap out the scope before too long as it has a tasco pronghorn scope on it now. Should be a good little deerslayer.

Post by: 6.5swede on January 14, 2008, 08:31:15 PM: High Country, I measured it tonight and it looks to be a 1 in 9 twist. However I wouldn't trust my cleaning rod measuring method to be 100% accurate. Hopefully we'll see how it shoots this weekend.
