Title: Line bore
Post by: elkspert on January 16, 2010, 07:51:15 PM
Wondering if anyone knows of a gunsmith around the olympia area who can line bore a scope for mounting. Maybe even a little machine work on the rings and bases if needed.

I will give Jack a call. As far as direction, we don't know yet. The scope and mounts are new. My dad is getting setup for longrange up to say 800 yards. I just know if the scope is canted the slightest it can have a big effect at farther ranges.

A set of Burris Signature rings might fix everything up at a fraction of the price. :twocents:
