Title: Another one for the wall!!!!!!!!!
Post by: Whitenuckles on January 29, 2010, 06:17:21 PM: Once again I headed out after work for a quicky, and boom! I got a double banded Mallard! That makes 7 this year. Man Im pumped! I dont know if ya'll can see it, but the right leg is a $50 band. These bands are so old I can't read the reward numbers......Oh well Im still happy!

I dont know..... I can read all the #s on the left leg. But not the reward band on the right. :dunno:

Post by: washelkhntr on January 29, 2010, 07:53:44 PM: You get to keep them. On the Avise ones, you can call in or go online and fill out some info then they will send you some information about your bird with a certificate.

Post by: Tealer on January 30, 2010, 08:02:10 PM: If you can read one set of numbers they can tell you what the other number is. The usually keep really good records, though that $50 reward has probably expired if the numbers have worn off.
