Title: Good time to buy a bow!
Post by: Lowedog on February 04, 2010, 08:23:28 AM: I was browsing around on ArcheryTalk and ebay yesterday and there are some screaming deals on new 2009 bows. A guy could save hundreds. I did that a year ago with a 2008 Bowtech and got it for about half price. I'm tempted to do it again! :chuckle:

Post by: Todd_ID on February 04, 2010, 12:37:42 PM: I did that very thing last month. I got a 2009 Alpine Ventura Target for $350, and they're like $750 new. It was too short on the draw length, so I took it to Alpine, and they hooked me up with everything I needed.

Im sure they have something closing out this year.

I also have never had as great of service. Cory set up the bow with a Armotech and a QAD Ultra and basically taught me how to shoot while Dustin made my arrows. It was a great experience and I will definately go back over the years to upgrade.
