My daughter is 9 and I want to pick up a bigger recurve. I was looking at the Ragim. What kind of draw weight would be appropriate for her age? Should I just use stock youth wooden arrows?
-
My son and daughter at that age were pulling 20-22 #'s on a recurve (as you know it varied on DL), a bit more on the compounds. Stock wooden arrows are fine as would be the NASP arrows, 1820's.

Maddog archery makes some sweet ones, $175 for the mid-size, $95 for a small one. http://www.maddogarchery.com/ (http://www.maddogarchery.com/) http://www.maddogarchery.com/ (http://www.maddogarchery.com/)

The lengths are varying from 48" to 68" on the bows. Is there a way to decide which one she might be most comfortable without her shooting one?
-
Shorter bows are easier for little kids, I started my Daughters out with 36" and now that my oldest is big enough I moved her up to a 48", next it will be a 52", then she will be big enough to chose her own.
You want them to be confortable carrying it and shooting it.....

I build kids bows and am friends with many others that do to... I build a longbow though...
My daugthers are 8 and 10, they both shoot a 48" bow right now. A 48" bow is just fine clean up into the lower teen years...heck, I have a 48" recurve I shoot....
Anyhow, if you are interested, my kids bow is also $100 + S&H... I will also second the vote for Mike at Maddog bows... he builds a fantastic kids bow...
Good Luck,
Ernie
