Title: Guess my bulls age?
Post by: Craig on February 10, 2010, 09:14:08 PM: I just got the results back from the tooth data from Utah. Guess my bulls age?

Post by: Craig on February 10, 2010, 10:24:18 PM: I was guessing 6 years old. The average age this year for my hunt was 6.6 years old. This is what I just got from Utah.

Your bull elk's Age. 9

He had a big body and just looked older then the bulls he was with but I would not have guessed 9 years old.

Post by: bobcat on February 10, 2010, 11:22:48 PM: Craig has already said the age was determined to be 9, which being that elk are born in the spring, would make actually mean it was 9 1/2 years in the fall.
