I just installed a pellet burner to my hunting stove :) I just need to try it out
-
Is that the pellet unit from Cylinder stoves, or someone else. I look forward to hearing how it works out.

:yeah:
Please let us know the make and how it works. I want one for my Cylinder Stove and need to order it soon. Light that thing up and tell us how it works.

Yes it is the one from cylinder stoves,I got it at the show in Puyallup!Wife is going right now to get me a bag of pellets :)
-
should work great i have hear allot of good things about them.
-
I got it burning in the driveway, hard to tell how much heat its puting off until I put it in a tent :dunno:
started real easy and seems to burn real well!

That unit takes up a lot of room in the back of the stove! Make sure you have enough room between the back of the stove and the tent.

Be sure to keep the lid on the pellet hopper. They have been known to catch fire. With the lid off it allows the fire to burn back into hopper.

we use one of those at our elk camp too. I would recommend making a leg underneath the hopper to help hold the weight of a bag of pellets
