Charles:
I love my Zen-Ray Vista binoculars. However, the plastic cap, which covers the small front threaded bolt between the two front optics has fallen off and I want to replace it. What's the best way to do this?

Dave,
I sent you an email. It's been taken care of.
Thanks

This may be a stupid question but I'm going to ask anyway.
Why do they weigh the same? My thought is that the 8x should weigh less than the 10x.... this is clearly wrong but why?
-
For most binoculars, the only difference between 8x and 10x in one model series is the eyepiece design. Everything else shares the same parts: objective lens, body chassis, rubber armor. Depending on the design, there is no direct correlation between weight and power. For ZRS, the 8x and 10x have same number of lenses inside. They have different focal lengths in the eyepiece group.

ok that makes sense then. Thanks.

I have a pair of VISTA binoculars. It worked great for me over the last two years. cannot imagine how much better the new ZRS is over the VISTA. I will get one pretty soon
