It's not a great hunt and out of 150 permits they might get 8 bears.
8-12 would be about right for 150 permits, but I don't think I have ever heard of more then a couple every year.

though its loaded with bears,most guys road hunt it,,,hoping to catch one on the road...Good luck on that.same with deer.I like to hear those that claim that its terrible piece of property..
Road hunting is nice makes for a easy pack. :chuckle:

Where did you get that info? The latest information I can find on spring bear permits is from 2007.

Did they change the rules for that hunt?
I didn't think you had a choice. In the past, once drawn, the timber company seperated you and told you where to hunt.
I know we have at least one member that had a heck of a time dealing with them.

if you dont have a pass at all you would have to buy one no matter what. the spring hunt is only on the tree farmheading in tomarrow to see if I can make the loop we went on
