We started out on a set first thing in the morning. We had one small tom and some hens come in but no shooter. We then set up for an afternoon calling spot and as soon as we were set up and started to call this tom started to answer. 20 minutes latter he was in our decoys and I got my first turkey of the year (Im trying to get all three species). He had a nine inch beard and 3/4 inch spurs. :IBCOOL: Thanks for reading my story.
