Title: Montana Results are up!
Post by: firedog on April 12, 2010, 05:11:32 PM: Montana results are posted, Kinda surprised we didn't draw the big game combo since we had a point and that is pretty good odds. Oh well I guess it will be Washington with my Bow and hopefully Oregon with rifle.

My buddy lived in Dillon for a few year but is back in Wa again. He didn't do a lot of elk hunting, so we have some research to do still. Plan on getting ahold of the biologist this week. How about yourself?
Any info from the guys on here about areas hit hard by wolves?

you still have plenty of time to get in on idaho draws unless you want to apply for OILs, June 5 is the deadline

They will send you a check, you'll have within a week or 2

Prior to MT switching to their "point system" it was just about a guarantee that you would get drawn for a Big Game Combo tag every other year. Oh well, I see that I'm not the only one that's unsuccessful this year. Hopefully there will still be some big game left to hunt in 2011!
