Just got done making my own target out of an old storage tote and a LOT plastic grocery bags.

a burlap bag and a bunch of scrap plastic works very well just got to pack it tight.

Looks like it stopped them pretty well! 8)

yeah they only went in about 4 to 5 inches shot by a 70 pound bow. also the best part it was free :IBCOOL:

how does it hold up if you use broad heads? :chuckle: :chuckle:

I haven't tried broad heads yet but the field tips work great

I did something similiar, used a office chair box, went to the stores asked for their used shrink wrap and packed the crap out of it. I have had that same target for 3 years now, if a piece of the cardboard gets shot up I just cut it out and glue on a new piece. Plus it is big enough I can put the paper bow targets on it of the bear, elk and deer and give me something else to shoot at.

I made a good one out of the plastic burlap grain sack. Filled it with the cellophane wrap. The arrows would only go in a few inches and pull right out. It's nice when using the speed bows.
