mine, 270 wsm 130 or 140 gran, or 300wsm 168 gr. If i had to choose one it would be the 270 140gr as my most versatile.
-
What do you mean by well rounded?
-
I don't know if it's the best well rounded because after I started using it I haven't shoot anything else. It has been impressive on everything I have shot.
.300 ultra mag
180 grain
Accubond
Here is the bullet after a 350 yard shot on my Montana mule deer last year.

-
165 grain Hornady SST over H4350 out of my '06. Meat in the pot load.
-
Mines the 225 nosler accubond out of my .338 win. Shot a bear and deer with them and both times the bullet did its job. going to try and test it on elk this year ;)

1.25oz number 6's

180gr .300 win mag
same here
me 3...it will handle anything this continent has to offer. 180 accubonds for me.
-
My all around, for everything is a 7mm rem mag/160gr accubond at a hair over 3000FPS
-
130 gr Hornady Interbond 270 WSM 59.5 gr Imr4350
270 gr Speer Gold Dot Marlin 444 44 gr Imr4895
200 gr Hornady SST 338-06 Imr4350 compressed
Great expan with penetration, accurate, and deadly for most NA game. If not all :chuckle:
-
270 win, 140 Nosler accubond with RL-19, or 30-06 with 150 Hornaday interlock with IMR 4350. Those two loads have killed a crap load of game for me and my family!
-
i carry an old tang safety m77 338wm, runs 215 sierra game kings, knocks em all flat from grouse to elk. i would say in my humble opinion that the most well rounded cartridge is the 30/06 especially in the old days when they still made accelerators(i still have a couple boxes of those)

140gr Nosler Accubond out of my 270 WSM at 3150 fps :yike:
+1
-
.280 Ackley pushing 140gr Nosler AccuBonds.
-
A 260gr Accubond out of my 375 Ruger. I can't think of anything around here that it wouldn't put some hurt on. :chuckle:

I would call up the 3006 in 165 grain partitions or Accubonds at around 3000fps. Working on a 270 WSM with 150 grain bullets that will pick up the majority of my future hunting plans. :twocents:
-
30-06 with 165 grain Nosler Flat base (WAY OLD) over a dose of H4350. Working up a more or less duplicate load under a Barnes 168 TSX.
300 WM with 180 Barnes TSX over an undisclosed dose of H4831SC
32 WS 170 FP over a dose of 3031.

30-06 with 165 grain Nosler Flat base (WAY OLD) over a dose of H4350.

300Win mag w/ 168gr Barnes TSX on top of 83 grains of H1000. Good for anything from coyotes to Elk.
-
1 ¼ oz of #5.
-
175 gr. Berger 300 RUM @3425.
-
30-06, 180gr Swift A-frame or Nosler Accubond over H4350. Both loads shoot good out of my Rem 700 and Tikka T3 Lite.
-
Ruger m77 MKII in 7mm Mag. 154 grn Hornady Innerbond over 63 grns of IMR4831. Not only knocks them flat every time but I don't think that since i've fine tuned that load that I've ever had a group looser than 1/2" regardless of the yardage. Its just a plain old tack driver
-
Sako TRS 7.82 Warbird. 180 Gr North Fork bullet ahead of 101 grs of RL25. Fed 215 mag primers.
-
Lol you know t-rex is only a fossil :chuckle:. That war bird is a mean round.
-
180 grn Nosler Particion out of the 300WSM, Gits er Done!

180 grn Nosler Particion out of the 300WSM, Gits er Done!
That's what I shoot out of my .300 WSM BAR... Looking at going to the Barnes MRXs now though.

I use a 7mm-08 with a 140, I have never felt under gunned coyotes to Washington black bear.
