Title: Horns Are Starting To Grow
Post by: Wea300mag on April 20, 2010, 07:29:24 PM: I spent the weekend over camping in the Methow. The deer herd looks good and the horns are growing. I even managed to find a decent 4pt shed.

Its funny you mention that. At first all we could see was his body,he had his head stuck in a bush eating. I called him a buck before we ever saw his antlers. His tarsals and body shape gave him away.

I'll have to watch him, if he is the big 5 from last year he will be a dandy this year and have one hell of a spread! :chuckle:
