Title: Hunting turkeys on the west side?
Post by: rdnk182 on April 26, 2010, 09:33:43 PM: Just wondering if anyone knows some good public land on the west side to hunt for turkeys? I'm not asking for honey holes just some places to get out put my time in and possibly get a bird.

Post by: jelo45110 on April 27, 2010, 04:40:49 AM: There used to be a good population of Turkey up the 23 road out of Randle around the Lewis county Skamania county line. I have not been up there looking for Turkey for a few years now, so I don't know what they are like but it is public land.

Not true, I see Easterns all the time in two Western Washington GMU's.
