-
where about are you guys fishing exactly? I"ve never fished for cats before but have eaten them and they are good.
-
At Lyons Ferry it;s on the snake river. You can fish the snake but carp start spawning up the paulose river and lots of people fish there it;s about a mile or two from the campground.
-
cool. i've heard the bass fishin was good in that area too.
-
walleyes man, walleyes 8)

i've never fished for the eyes either! man i need to get out. I hear they taste better than a lot of the westside fish.
-
oh man, they are tasty, there is a nice hole for em very close to lyons ferry, catch a fair amount of bass out of there to
-
I would like to catch a smallie on my noodle rod...Will small spinners nail them

Speaking of Noodling, ie. (hand fishing) I used to do that in Missouri ;). I haven't looked closely at the regs for Wa, but would suspect it is not legal.
Are you guys boat or shore fishing, and what is the best bet for bait?
-
for cats, i use prawns and night crawlwers. for walleyes, a crawlwer harness on a bottom bouncer mostly. for bass, a crawfish crankbait, for *censored*s-cheap beer

Are you from Missouri or where you stationed there? Whereabouts did you live?
