Title: hard earned horns
Post by: BLUEBULLS on May 17, 2010, 11:40:01 AM: here are a few I found saturday. saw 5 bears, 37 bulls, hundreds of deer, lots of big toms andsome horns!

The dog had a great time but the vertical rockslides beat up his feet pretty good.

Great day to be in the hills.

We did end up getting a big old sow tho she was 300 plus pounds and bout 5 and a half foot. She was an old sow her top teeth were wore down to about nothing ill get some pics up soon!

:chuckle: I was wondering when someone would notice the 8oz can, sure makes them look good. on side is 71" and the other is 73". he's a mid 160 buck.

also, the dogs a redbone/bluetick. Sometimes I wish he was a Visla, I heard they'll actually listen to you. Poor dog is still at home sleeping, I didn't realize the east slope of hte cascades was so steep.

Dont let him fool ya they were found down at the blues and not any were around ellensburg, for some reason a few think the blues are a secret :) I cant wait until next year when I start to learn the blue mt. country there wont be a shed for miles in either direction. Maybe I will just spend a month straight down there since I dont work and study them elk, apply myself to the blues like I do the entiat, I kinda feel sorry for the sheds down there they wont stand a chance!

CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG!
