WELL BY THE REGS YOU CAN'T USE A PELLOT GUN ON UPLAND BIRDS, RIGHT? I WAS DEBATING IT, (WELL ON MY SISTER'S PROPERTY, IN THE COUNTY). I WASN'T AWARE THAT LIKE TO DIG IN GARDENS,.. LOL.

and quail season isn't open contact a pest person....see if they can do anything about them....I happen to like quail they are fun to watch...

MY PELLOT GUN IS PRETTY BIG, ACTUALLY ITS REALLY BIG, ITS BIGGER THAN ALL MY GUNS, WELL, EVEN THOUGH MY SISTER LIVES IN THE COUNTY AND HAS 6 ACRES OF PROPERTY, I FEEL UNCONFORTABLE SHOOTING MY PELLOTGUN ON HER PROPERTY, CUS THE NEIGBORS MIGHT THINK THAT ITS A REAL FIREARM AND CALL THE COPS,..... MY QUESTION IS, AM I WORRYING ABOUT NOTHING? I THINK THAT AS LONG THAT I'M CREFUL AND NOT SHOOTING TOWARD HOUSES, THAT IT SHOULD BE FINE, RIGHT?

The encouragement to SSS these during difficult nesting conditions bothers me as a sportsman. This is why we so often get a bad name as hunters when we smirk off comments like some of the ones in this thread.

Leave them alone. Hunt them correctly in hunting season, like a true sportsman.

, but it shoots a small plastic shot shell. Not even sure of what size shot is available or if you load your own. Come legal season on a legit flushed bird it might be kinda fun to try. Not a very long shot string, but it sure isn't gonna travle very far.
