The drawing will be done when it is done and then you can do this :bash: when you don't draw any permits.

You know, there very well could be a lot of truth to that. :dunno: I wouldn't doubt it one bit. Not that there's anything wrong with any of those things. (WDFW, of all the permits I really want the moose permit the most, please) ;)
