Pay the fee in cash and 6 days later it was in the mailbox.
My other half did hers 2 days after me and hers arrived on the same day as mine.

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes...and it was in the mailbox 3 days later.

But, that has been 10 years or so and I need to get it renewed. I've been told that can be a pain.

yeah that, but me and my wife walked out of the office with ours the same day each on our 21st b-day and went and bought a new handgun to celebrate

You have to start over after 90 day lapse.

My first one got lost, went to apply for a renewal. After filling out the form i waited in line while some home-slice bitched out the lady behind the desk because she would not give him a concealed permit (he had a pending charge). I cracked a few jokes to make her day a little better when it was my turn, apparently it worked, I asked if it would be another three weeks until i got it in the mail, she sighed and said yeah but if act like you are filling out this form while i print and laminate your permit. She was a real sweet heart. Guess if you treat them like human beings they will be nice to you.

Post by: snocohunter on June 17, 2010, 07:24:09 PM: I let mine lapse in October and just went and re-applied yesterday. $55.25 is what I paid at the Sheriff's Dept in the Sno. Cty. Courthouse. I'd be stoked if I got it in 3 days. 3 weeks is what i'm expecting. The first time it took 5 or 6 days.

Same with me :dunno: must be a Klickitat County thing. I thought for sure I would have to wait to get it in the mail..... When I went to renew it here in Kennewick it took them about 2 weeks for them to send me my new card.
