those are duel purose blinds,the basement can be leased out to duck hunters,got the flip up top and already wet in the bottom :chuckle: :peep:

Don't laugh to hard, I know a guy who shot a buck using one on a job site. Buck kept walking by the porta pottie everyday untill the guy got him.

All kidding aside--Iceman's doing it right.  I know;  For 9 years, every spare hour and dime I had went into building my house.  The result:  I retired at 55 with no mortgage.  If more people did that, the bankers wouldn't be so fat and sassy!  :IBCOOL:
