I think the width puts her over the top. I've seen billys like her except with more mass in that area.

yeah that is a huge nanny. dam that pisses me off bad enough the cats get some dam bears and predators >:( someone would of got hurt for that 8)

Id bet anything that the huge decline of goats in Washington is due to the current predator paradise we all live in...Thanks game department. :ass:

I don't know about the state as a whole, but I can tell you for sure that the Mt. Baker mountain goat herds is having no trouble growing despite the predators. At least for once, WDFW is issuing more tags in response.
As for the Nanny, she might be pushing book. I saw two nannies last year that I think were pushing book caliber. What do you guys think?
-
man those are some huge nannys :yike: i bet you are right they would be pushing it :IBCOOL:
-
Those are really nice goats... man I hope I draw a tag up on Baker. Id bet that the goat with the 2 kids is book...

I talked to a wildlife biologist out of the Yakima area a couple years ago and he told me that cougars kill a lot of mountain goats in the Cascades and that's one of the main things keeping the number of goats down.

I probably dont have time to deal with him this year unless I dont draw in Wyoming but next year he's toast mark it down. He comes from a long line of problem bears that live in a rock pile....its going to be a hair raising hunt. :)

Same story on Mt Rainier... the Rangers find goats killed by cougars all the time... I guess that white meat is addicting.
