Title: OIL Tag (Moose/Sheep/Goat) Accounting 2010
Post by: Wea300mag on June 18, 2010, 09:09:09 AM: For the last few years we have kept a list of members with OIL tags and with 5000+ members, we should have a pretty good list this year. Also, we will insert pics of all the OIL animals harvested here. It makes for a great thread.

I did actually feel guilty over drawing on my first try.... well for 3 minutes anyway. I got up last night and logged on again at 2am to see if I was dreaming, even took a photo of the results.

I appreciate the well wishes and will certainly welcome any help any of you may lend. Is my 300 win mag/180 Noslers enough... or do I "Need" to buy that new 338 Ruger I have been ogling?

Your 300 win is just fine. My brother killed his moose with his .280 Rem pushing 160gr NAB.

You can bet that if I ever draw one of those tags I'll be yelling and screaming and the world will get to know it. Then I'll be grovelling for any intel on the areas drawn.
