Title: Central Washington Bear hunting
Post by: hunterheinz on June 26, 2010, 05:01:17 PM: Haven't had any chance to get out to do any bear scouting yet due to that thing called Work :'( Anyone seeing Good numbers of bears out there??

Post by: hunterheinz on June 26, 2010, 06:28:28 PM: This was my biggest one. I shot this one back in 2000 in the clockum unit. I was Using a Winchester Model 670 in 30-06 180 gr. at 340 yds. He scored 21 2/16 and weighed approx. 450 lbs and this was early in Season. Sorry for the poor picture. That is a 5' foot tape. He was 7'2" from nose to base of tail. We spotted him in the bottom of a creek bed chasing away another boar. Good berries in bottom didn't want to share i guess.lol
