Title: Bear Down!
Post by: Bearhunter on August 01, 2010, 10:49:46 AM: Just got a call from my hunting partner, he packed in yesterday morning several miles in. Posted up this morning watching a big basin a from the sounds of it a big old boar rolled out of his bed this morning to feed. Jeremy pulled our video camera out and started rolling the film and then took aim and pilled the bear up on film. Surprising his phone worked up on the mountain he called and hadnt even gone down to look at it, Ill post some pictures possibly this evening, good luck to the rest of you. We will be heading out the next two days!!

It was kind of windy/foggy up there until about 7. Saw plenty of deer until the city arrived.

Between Bearhunter and Hogsniper, they normally wait for about 3 full pages of replies before they even post a teaser pic.

Watson without a gun and ran the little bugger up a tree. Glad he wasnt a shooter or I woulda been kicking myself for sure!

Not to change the subject, but did anyone see the HBO miniseries John Adams? The scene where they tarred and feathered the guy was brutal. Usually you think "Ha ha. You should be tarred and feathered!", but in reality, that s$#! could easily kill you... :bdid:

Anyway, 4 pages and still no pics...? >:( Should I get a fire going and find my large pot?

Well this guys been online a dozen times since he origionally posted this and he still hasnt posted a photo
