Post by: wapiti hunter2 on August 11, 2010, 01:32:25 PM: I hunted it every year for about 10 years when I was first learning to hunt. An advantage of growing up in Nevada. Took a deer every year. We never got skunked. It is still some of the most beautiful country I've ever been in.

Sounds good, but you probably won’t have a tent, or a sleeping bag, or food.

If it rains or snows you can get under my tents rain fly.

I suppose I’d have to ride in the bed of the pick up huh? :chuckle:

This past weekend they stalked up to a few 150-170 class deer, but couldn't pull it off. Within 30 yards, but just didn't pan out.
