Title: Chicken and Ribs
Post by: dogtuk on August 21, 2010, 09:42:51 PM: Today I did some Chicken and Ribs Thursday was the last day for our summer help at work so I decided to have a bbq for the guys it was a great time and I cooked up some chicken and ribs a couple of fatty's and some brats and some of dutch' s beans some ABT's everything turned out great I made way to much food here are the pics i took of some of the food i could have fed an army
I used smoky's rooster booster on the chicken and some magic dust on the ribs and i lightly sauced the chicken and ribs with Raspberry chipotle sauce I used some sweet peppers for some of the ABT's I stuffed them with cheddar the Fatty's i stuffed with pepperjack cheese and onion and the Brats where Jalapino brats I made a while ago
