Looks like a good shot at the lungs, to bad you cant see what he has for antler points. I only see 2 points?
-
Too far and he's moving...pass for me.
-
if i could verify 3pts at any time he would be dead.To much meat to pass up
-
and he is out of here......

He is a cool looking 3pt! Shooter in my book!
-
Nice 3x3!
-
I would take the shot, I have made a very similar shot in the past at farther distance.
-
are we talking bow-muzzle-rifle?
-
I'd pass; let the young buck grow and look for him next season.
-
if he stops and i have a good rest, not taking a chance on hurting him looks like he is moving pretty good by the time i see 3 .
-
Hes dead even if he sneaking away. 7mm-08 kkkaawhopp!
-
It's snowing, fantastic the deer will be moving down for the archery opener :chuckle:
-
pass archery..... tough to say with rifle. Depends on scope or open sites. No brainer with open sites imo
-
Carp.....I said its YOUR season, Pick a weapon
-
Shoot then go see if it has 3 points !! :P
-
Bow-whistle/grunt if he stops that is a fine shot.
Gun- I'll take that shot any day of the week
-

i have a multi tag :P so i don't have to pick one :IBCOOL:
bow no not with the trash in the way. i would try to stop him in the open.
muzzle and rifle the same.

I was thinking he's an older buck :dunno:
What would some of you more seasoned guys say??
-
Daing look how white that guy is in the face. That ould be a really nice cape.
-
He does have a pretty cape doesn't he Michelle. Lots of contrast. I also love that "style" or coloring. I'm thinking in my head he was a 4 point or at least a 4x3. I'll have to see if I have any other angles on him. I am thinking he was crabbed in the front and his points were kinda sideways. He wasn't exactly standing there to be admired. As for his maturity, he's about a 3 year old, could go 4. Would love to see him in year 5 or 6 when he got some more mass.
-
I would touch one off with my .300 win mag
-
Nice 3x3!
He's a 4x4. Pass the shot I shoot stick and string.

Yup, that's what I was thinking too. He's a nice enough looking buck now, but just think what he might look like in a year or two!
-
With luck, I'll show ya.
-
he does look like at least his right side has a sideways crab claw.
-
Boom, nuff said :chuckle:
-

kinda what i was thinking!
-
If I can make out legal antlers with an ethical shot, the deer is going down. Especially at that distance.
-
its boom gutshot he runs away on you ,then what move on to the next one, sheeesshh :bdid: let him stop and turnback , then take him
-
it's a late season permit , I'd pass on him .
-
It is late season permit last day....BOOM!!
