Title: do you think this rain will help get the rut started?

Post by: firedog on September 02, 2010, 10:36:16 AM: Hunting partner was up scouting last night and there was a BIG bull just ripping he said. Hopefully he is still talking on tuesday and we can get on him. These last few days have been dragging waiting for season to open. Heading to camp on Sat.

You have to go where no one wants to go(steep/nasty-brushy wise),or travel in farther than anyone else!I can't wait til the 7th either!!It took us 2 years to figure how to get into our spot!!!Now,it is a matter of how big,if they are calling, by the time season finally gets here!!
