300 wsm, the gun is acouple years old but I finally got the scope on it I wanted to begin with! I shot 165 nosler accubonds home loads match rounds I kills for sure now with good optics it should really kill!

Thanks guys, I can't wait to see how the nikon BDC works
-
it is a good system. i like the b&c a little better, just because the circles on a animal farther away tend to take up a big area on the animal. i like to cover the area i am shooting at with somthing. rather then have a circle around it. but thats just me, i have shot a few of them and like them. i am sure you will do just fine with the setup and ca't wait to see the horns on the ground :IBCOOL:

You and me both

Real nice.
What kind of stock?
Weight?
If you want to buy some 165 ballistic tips I have a bunch of seconds I would be willing to sell.
-
Nice looking gun right there, looks to be a heavy barrelled sunofagun.
-
I've set up rifles, optics and handloads for 300 yard shots and as luck would have it, shot my deer at 65 yards.
-
that is one beauty of a rifle. :)

It's Mcmillan stock and yes it is heavy but I love it and will hunt with it until I can carry it no more :chuckle: I have kill at all ranges with it from one hundred to five hundred! The best was two well placed shots on a deer at 450 still real proud of that one :IBCOOL:
