Title: Wallula unit (millet Ponds)
Post by: steve04 on September 01, 2010, 02:08:41 PM: Does anyone from the tri cities know if the millet ponds are open to archery hunting for deer? Or is it only open to waterfowl and upland game?

Post by: ThePascoKid on September 02, 2010, 10:58:46 AM: pretty sure they are open to deer hunting the GMU is 149 Prescott I think they are open for bow, muzzleloader, and shotgun, no rifle hunting allowed.

I told you it was on the mcnary refuge, wallula, I think that the person you talked to yesterday thought you were talking about the unit in Burbank :dunno: they have a pamplet that you can go pick up in Burbank that would make it clear as day :hello:

Likelyhood many deer will be there around picking is probably low. (or, if they are they've been harvested on private land eating apples by the orchard manager)
