Title: Successful bearhunting weekend (even the wife got one!)
Post by: alwinearcher on September 07, 2010, 05:02:12 PM: Well, we spent a few days over the weekend doing some bear hunting.
we passed several up, and Shannon almost got a shot at a real nice chocolate boar but he winded us just before she shot.

Thought I should post a few pictures though! :)

My bad luck had to finely take a break!
No joke, between your hunting party this weekend and our hunting party... 6 bears dead on camera... :yike:
Thats a lot of claws!.... lets see, Carry the 2... Ok i cant add that high, but a lot of claws! 8)

Yes they are! I saw 7 bears the first day i was out.

His wife and him did a good job on there. Not sure were you can his video though.

The archery bear Jason shot out of a tree stand in a canyon leading to a berry patch.
The other two bears we killed spot and stalk. We saw a few sows and cubs also, but the area we were in held a lot of bears so we were able to hold out for some nice boars.
