I'm an economics major and i wanna do my project looking at the implementation of washington state legislature to "protect" or "improve" the elk herd numbers. I can find the documents saying when they started implementing plans and what the spending is; but i cant find any numbers of actual elk herds. So if anyone knows where i could find that data it would be much appreciated.
