I'm looking for help in a project to monitor the whitetail rut throughout the region. I'd like to gather notes on what hunters are seeing in terms of rut activity...rubs, scrapes, fighting, etc. as well as trail cam images. Not looking for hot spot information, just general areas so the info can be plotted to see if the rut varies from region to region. Let me know if you're interested.

A good way to know when the rut happens is to spend time in the woods during the spring and note when you're seeing newborn fawns. Count back 200 days from the day a fawn is born and that is the day that doe get bred.
