Outfit that thing with a good accessories, case and arrows and your getting close to 3k with tax....Ouch.
-
It's getting out of control..........I just can't do it anymore. I guess I will have to stick with the ole recurve for all critters, big and small.
-
And you'll shoot bullseye every time! ;)
-
Selling my truck and buying one.
Oh wait, no I'm not. That price is crazy...
-
:yike: that thing better come outfitted with heatseeking arrows or something!!! wow, can you say........ NEVER!!!
-
Wow, those cams are slick looking. Haven't paid much attention to any new Mathews since I bought my Switchback XT. When did they go back to two cams?
MS
-
sad thing is, people will pay it and prices will keep going up. :bash:
-
Seems like manufactures MSRP's never end up as much when they end up in stores. Still, over a grand for any bare bow is ridiculous.
-
thier dual cam bows are built under the Mcpherson name and the single cams are mathews. Mathews is trying to catch bowtech if they can. :chuckle:
-
you mean catch pse :P ;) :chuckle: look at the cam and look at pse ;)
-
the limbs and cams do kind of look alike. :chuckle:
-
:chuckle: :lol4:

Dumb. I shot the Carbon Matrix and didn't even think it was worth a standard high-end bow price in the $900 range. Oh well, if you've got money to burn, there ya go.
-
Does it gut your deer for you? :dunno:
-
I am a Mathews guy but thats to much for me
-
Wow, for the price, i hope it comes with a built in hand-warmer or thermos
-
did you read at the bottom of the page, the link to chase mortgage financing :yike:
-
Wow, for the price, i hope it comes with a built in hand-warmer or thermos
if it did it wouldn't be legal to hunt with would most likely have a battery of some kind
-
$2100 for a bow??? :o Thats just crazy.
I know a guy who has the Carbon Matrix and what does he take out for hunting??? Not it, he takes the Afterburner (or whatever it's called).
-
Probably won't be seein' a lot of those at the local 3D shoots...
The archery industry is really getting out of control. Does spending $2100 or even $1000 on a bare bow really make you a better shooter? I think not. Quality equipment is important but this is absolutely stupid.
When Octane came out with their quivers for over $100 I was amazed. Come on, all it does is hold your arrows! I think they spent waaaay too much on the fancy packaging.
On the flip side, if people are willing to fork out that kind of money, more power to them. I just think you can get a quality set up for less money that will do a more than adequate job. I'll just remind them that I beat them with my less expensive bow at the 3D shoot. :chuckle:

My brother won the first flight in a 3d shoot with a stripped down Wal-mart bow! I think bear made it, but there wasnt even a brand name on it! He has a real bow now though, the other started falling apart on him.
