Im a commercial fisherman,Have been for the last 14 years and ever since I started, Fca has had a bad rap, It is just sad that they have to loose a boat and crew to do something about it. My heart goes out to the family!
P.S-dutch was never the same after they closed the elbow room ;)

what year was the elbow room shut down? i never spent much time there,, if i went out it was at unisea or carls,, but mostly i would get a bottle and go hike up to the bunkers.. i remember whenthey closed the bowling alley......FCA, was kinda *censored*ty, but then again i was always treated well. spent most of my time on the ak spirit... i remember when the arctic rose went down.. we werent terribly far away.... do you rember the ak ONE?

Nope, don't miss Dutch. The last time I was there they were trying to pave the roads.
If we didn't hit the Unisea we were usually up in the bunkers as well. Somewhere in an old box I still have some wing nuts we broke off of one. I remember sitting in the bunkers and trying to watch the skyline through the concrete window.
