where are the flyshops? im tired of holiday sports/wholesale sports- they just dont have ANYTHING and skagit anglers doesnt exist anymore...... i have a friend who ties his own and i pick up a few new ones here and there, but where can i get a good selection of gear? particulary salmon flys....? but, most importantly, somebody who acctually knows what they are talking about....
ive hunted down a list of flyshops in washington, dont know how up to date it is but...

guys in Millcreek are probably as close as you'll get. Otherwise, Issaquah.

There is a shop in Kent next to the Fred Meyer on Pacific Hwy, Puget Sound Fly Co.

I've had really good experiences with Pacific Fly Fishers in Mill Creek and also All About the Fly in Monroe.
Other's milage may vary.
Ryan is the guy I have talked to the most in Mill Creek. I don't know how he knows as much as he does, that poor guy is always in the shop. :)

hey thanks for the info, i posted that list mainly so it would be of use to others...
im in anacortes, i found a few flys that would suit my needs locally..... but, i ran into a guy i know who was slayin em.... i got the patterns i need, however, they are a pattern that i havent been able to find even online, im thinking they are recently invented patterns.... but its time to get back into fly tying.... i got rid of all my stuff, and now im regretting it.... in the long run its gonna probably same me a ton of cash....
