After Luhr Jensen sold their company their lures started being made in Mexico and then I started getting some of their lures that said "made in China". I think alot of this stuff is made over seas...everyone in our hunting camp is extremely anal about buyin stuff MADE IN CHINA and this year there was almost a fist fight after a heated argument about where danner boots were made and being showed they were made in china, not Oregon :chuckle: :chuckle:

I don't believe the top end Danners are made in China, but I would not bet any money on that statement either as there are tricky ways to screw with exposure of assembly.

Believe me, if I-1098 passes YOU WILL HAVE A STATE INCOME TAX !!! Don't believe that $200,000 and above crap... that will only last for a few years at best, then YOU AND I will be footing the bill.
