Some trees, some brush, and some snow.
-
a little angel in the bottom right :chuckle:
other than that, i have stared at these pictures for a couple minutes now and all i see is the same that bob sees.
-
I see a tangled snowing f--ing mess... What it that in the bottom picture a sleepy bear?
-
What I see in those pics, is a bunch of bears not wanting to get out of there nice warm beds.
-
I see a buffet come September.
The bears had a hayday in the Cascara last year.
-
Is that some sort of den or lodge? :dunno:
-
OK, I'll play your silly little game. What do you see? ???
-
OK, so you're talking about the broke down cascara trees that the bears were eating on last fall. Alright, gotcha.
-
Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like a bears head near the center of that second picture, Is it?

That's what I thought too :dunno:
-
There are no critters in the pic. Only where they were last summer. Do you see the bent and torn branches or the top that is busted out?
These were just a few of the Cascara trees that were damaged when the bear or bears were feeding on the berries.
-
Don't know if this will work, and I guess my mind was playing tricks on me. But this looked like a bears head.
-
Just a hole in the brush.
-
I see what your talking bout. You showed me some of that up in the CF when we went up their.
-
hey willie,
when ya gonna take me deep into the woods and show me some of dat?
-
Just a hole in the brush.

You know what is really fun, looking at a picture like that then noticing the shed antler you didn't see while taking the picture. I took a picture of a nice bull just to take his picture, then when looking at it noticed the shed antler laying in front of him. I went back two days later and there were LF's not so little boot prints.

I see the cascara trees broke. Takes me back to last year where we hunt. Don't think there was a tree untouched. Can't wait to be there again!

I did the same with elk on video. One spring I found 3 large bulls in velvet on hard hunted public ground and I took a few minutes of video. At home I watched it and noticed that there were 4. One came in the top of the frame while I was focused on the other 3.

What are ya doing Monday around 4 pm? The rest of the week is booked and I may be on the coast Saturday.

I see good bear eats. What other sign is around there? I love seeing that when it is super fresh, gets my heart pumpin.

There are peeled trees (red flagged) and a ton more of the broke cascara.

I check it out once in awhile but it is on a well traveled logging road. No good cuts, but last year they made a new one, so maybe in 5 years. There are better places with less traffic.
