Either way that dude is insane, maybe we should be spreading some of that radiation around some other areas ;)

WOULD BE LEGAL, BUT MIGHT BE HARD TO BUY LAND NEXT TO THE HANFORD LAND. $$$$$$

We'll see I bet he still gets he crop damage payment either way.
