Title: still looking for a hunting partner (alta)
Post by: teanawayslayer on November 15, 2010, 08:11:38 AM: Well Everthing was coming together for my alta muzzle hunt, and then I get a phone call from my hunting buddy. "Heath I am not going to be able to make it." Is there any one out there that might be interested on going on a draw hunt. "assist". I am going to be taking off on the 22nd. Will be there until I nail the one I am looking for. I know it is going to be thanksgiving so I will understand if no one is interested. If your anything like me , it gets me away from the extended family that just can't get along. Anyways sorry for the short notice. I just found out this morning. :( :(. I haven't had any takers. Thought I would give it one more shot.

I'm thinking of heading out there in the morning and see if i can't find any bucks to look at, i'm sure they're still rutting. Does it appear to be much snow up high?

Post by: teanawayslayer on November 18, 2010, 03:09:23 PM: went up to cooper lake this morning and there is around a foot. So up at 3500-4000 thats what there is. Had a dusting in town this morning all gone now
