Title: Late elk east. any reports for 336 346?

Post by: sled on November 28, 2010, 07:25:19 PM: Well just got back tonight, saw about 20 elk in two days hunting. got some shots but forgot my range finder so i was always to low. :'( lost 4 arrows int the snow :bash:. Going to try it again leaving tuesday night and be gone until sunday. I already packed my range finder as soon as i got home. Now im even more excited.

Was barly a 2 point and i would like to have put it out of it's missory, but, well you know :bash:
Poor thing, I hope it makes it, I have seen elk with three legs make it, but still don't like to see any animal suffer.

Checked the usual areas to finkd elk and found nothing but deer :dunno:

Post by: BallisticsNut on December 01, 2010, 05:43:28 PM: Heading out to 336 in the AM bright an early. Plan on being around until Sunday afternoon unless we get lucky first. I hear Peaches is the place to be. Ill post more info upon our return.
