I've never seen anyone else on that lake while I was there. That blind on the north side has been there for a long time now.

cool pic! thanks for sharing!

Oh ya that day was fun!

Since you put the name of the lake, I'll go ahead and ask how the hunting is there? I'm up in Kent and if there's a place nearby I can get some birds out of, I'm there.

Hunting there is little short of fantastic. Their is rarely any pressure sp all of the birds are dumb, uneducated, stupid greenheads you know the ones we get on the eastside ALL the time? Go smack a limit there but keep it on the DL. 8)

Seems like it's usually dead this time of year, but since you pulled a few honkers off I guess not? Good job buddy!

I dont know what he's talking about. this lake usually sucks for duck hunting. There is a reason why I drive an hour or two despite living 2 miles from this spot.
-
I think its more hit and miss. Weekends suck there and weekdays are slow most of the time. Lots of sitting and waiting and yes there is normally 1 flock of geese that fly's over everyday. Usually too high though.

ITS MORE MISS THEN HIT... if your lucky youll get a puddle hoper.... if your amazingly lucky youll get a goose.... he got lucky with some geese, i would rate this lake a 2 out of 10!
