Title: wich unit best for deer and elk???
Post by: spin05 on December 04, 2010, 06:12:58 PM: So my 14 year old son and i both have a elk and deer tag.Looking to get out next weekend down by Raymond or so. Wich area do you think has the best mix of deer and elk chances???????Looking at Willapa hills or Fall river??Have hunted both but niether one in the last few years.Fall river was allows better for deer but willapa was allows better for elk. Any ideas????

Don't know what elk tag you have, but I don't think Minot is open for any late elk hunts for archery or Muzzle-loader.
Not a bad choice for deer though.
