Well finaly got my ar up and running again. I sighted it in 3" high at a hundred yds and with the new amax load I should be able to hold on a yote out to 300Yds

Good deal! those 338 shells are spendy :chuckle: been fogy as heck here. hope to start chasin some tail soon :chuckle:

Lol the .338 isnt to bad now that I reload but I can reload 4-5 .223 for every one :chuckle: I ran 40gr sierras, 50gr vmax, and 52gr amax at the range. Shooting off sticks in the freezing head wind I got moa out of all three loads but the .243 BC of the amax has my favor over the others speed. Now to find a yote and test them out would be nice, I tried to call last night but only got hawks and one crazy owl to come in. This owl was dive bombing me and got very very close to hitting my head 6 times :o
