It is NOT flawed.

It was intented this way.  this is almost 2011 people.  Everyone should know by now that the preservationist movement is not about wildlife or the environment.  It is about ant-Americanism/anti-Capitalism.

The more species you put on the ESL, the more capitalism (bussiness development) you can stop.

I don't know how many people have noticed, but this is a dangerous game they are playing.   Just look at the world around us.  China is building anything with wealth building potential.  Russia, China, India etc are all buy up (or taking) resources such as oil, coal, precious metals, anything energy related...

All the while, the Communist party in our country is stopping any and all development by any means possible.  Like the Russians and Chinese have learned, he who has the most $$$ in the end wins.  Go broke, then your dead in the water.

How many think that the Russians and Chinese would love to see us dead in the water?  Wonder what they would contemplate doing if we were destroyed from the inside?

Wonder what the world may look like in 100 years?  Think the maps will look the same?  Think America will still be called America?  Something to think about....

Good luck to all your children/grandchildren...

Both very interesting reads.  I agree with 300Ultra though, the ESA has always been a tool for a certain group of people.  Whether the ones who came up with the ESA intended it that way or not that is what it has beome.
